nubiessence.com is run by Nubiessence Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17466957, with its registered office at Castle Lodge Court, Rothwell, Leeds LS26 0ZJ, United Kingdom (“Nubiessence Ltd”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. We may change the terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
2. What the site is for
The site tells you about Nubiessence products and lets you join the waitlist and contact us. You may use it for those purposes and for your own personal, non-commercial browsing. You may not scrape it, copy it, try to break into it, send spam through its forms, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harms the site or other people.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side: it is not an order, a reservation or a promise of stock or price. We will email you when we launch and, occasionally, about the brand. Every email has an unsubscribe link. How we handle your address is explained in our privacy policy.
4. Skin, claims and advice
Our products are cosmetics. Descriptions on this site are about how skin looks and feels — hydrated, smoother, more even in tone — and are not claims to treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing here is medical advice. Skin varies; results vary; if you have a skin condition or a reaction, speak to a pharmacist or GP. Always read the label.
5. Our content
The Nubiessence name, the sprout mark, the words, images, illustrations and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site; you may not reproduce its content commercially without our written permission. Ingredient names and other facts are not ours to own and you are free to use them.
6. What you send us
When you write to us through the contact form or by email, you give us permission to use what you send to reply and to improve our products and service. Please do not send anything confidential, unlawful, or that belongs to someone else.
7. Links and third parties
The site may link to other websites and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Product details, availability and launch timing may change before launch.
